Please arrive on time for your appointments- If you're too early I may be working with a client and you will still have to wait until your scheduled session time. If you are late you will still be charged the full session fee and I may not be able to make up the time you have missed.
You must give 48 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. There is no cancellation charge if you rebook your session for within the same Monday to Friday week, although alternative appointments are subject to availability. If no appointments are available for that week, you will still be charged 50% of the session fee.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur 100% charge, however there is no cancellation fee if you rebook your session for within the same Monday to Friday week although alternative appointments are subject to availability. If no further appointments are available for that week, you will still be charged 100% of the session fee.
Cancellation charges that remain unpaid for 14 days will be forwarded to a collection agency who may add additional fee's to the original charge to cover the cost of their services.
