personality profiling
Personality profiling is widely used in corporate environments to allocate the most compatible people to specific roles or vacancies. Being skillfully qualified is not the same as fitting in with a team or being in a job that truely fits in with who you are.
I offer 2 services.
The first is for organisations who are recruiting or allocating staff to a specific role. I will, on your behalf conduct an interview with each employee to establish their main skills and personality traits. Using the information they have provided, I will formulate a report detailing information such as how that person prefers to be motivated, if they work best in a team or as an individual, and even an idea of employment longevity.
The second service is for individuals who are submitting their C.V or attending interviews. Following an interview with me, you will be provided with a report to submit with your application to any future roles. This will give future employers an opportunity to understand who you really are and to assess whether your skills and personality are what is required for their company. This means that you will be offered jobs in which you can feel settled and satisfied, instead of accepting them and then later finding that you "just don't fit in." This service can be coupled with coaching to help you to find a new direction in your career that better fits in with who you are.
The interviews are conducted using the Complex Meta Programs which are context free filters. This means that the questions used in the Meta Programs Values Invertory can be applied in different contexts such as work, relationships or life. As a result of the specific question and answering techniques, certain characteristics can be presupposed about a persons personality in the context that is being explored. In addition, by utilising my NLP knowledge, I am able to make accurate assumptions about how a person will react in particular circumstances, for exapmle when feeling under pressure.
The interviews themselves can be conducted in about 1 hour per person, although ideally 24 hours should be provided for completion of the report.
The cost per interview is £80.00 |
